I am a Licensed Associate Counselor, in pursuit of becoming a Licensed Professional
Counselor. I obtained two Masters degrees from Monmouth University.
One in Educational Counseling and another in Addiction Studies. In addition, I am also certified as a Student Assistance Counselor. My passion is working with adults, adolescents and their families using
the therapeutic process to help resolve their on- going issues.
Warmth and sincerity is the key to building an effective and productive client-therapist relationship.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process between myself and my clients.
I have experience working with a variety of clients with disorders including anxiety, life transitions, grief, depression, and trauma. In my free time I enjoy out-door activities, working out, watching tv, spending time with my fiancé, family, friends, my dog Barkley and cats Shadow and Olive.
